The past couple of weeks have heavily consisted of communication with others and working in groups. It’s been a trial and a triumph.
Figuring out how certain people work in group projects is always so interesting, isn’t it? How do you think you function in a group? Are you the leader? Do you take total control without asking others? Are you the one who just lets others take charge? Believe it or not, each person plays a big role.
Often, I’m the team member who lets someone else take charge. This time I thought I’d try and be more assertive and take more charge. It’s cool that you can change things like that so easily. Like randomly you can just be like, “man I really want to do something new”. You go girl! Do it and see how great you can be! The group will always make ways to make the project end up being okay!

It’s always good to switch up your roles when working on a group project! It will make you more diverse and prepared for any situation in your career later in life.

I think it good to sometimes sit back and see if there is an individual who is more willing to take charge. more likely than not there will be and they are usually particular in how they like things ran and are more likely to be naturally organized.
